CREDIBLI was an idea borne out of frustration with two problems: first, the insufficient rapid people verification tools available to recruiters, and second, the need many professionals have to rapidly improve. CREDIBLI is an online rapid people verification and improvement application based on a unique algorithm that captures the wisdom of crowds to create a credibility score for each member. It is a new social media tool designed to harness the collective intelligence of others, facilitate collaboration, and aggregate what other people know. The same algorithm and process that enables users to generate a credibility score also helps them understand how to improve. CREDIBLI's web application is designed to first help members prove their credibility and then to manage and improve it.
